Butch, Dixie and Kevin Cooper of Charlotte Home Watch Services have more than 30 years experience in real estate sales, property management and construction methods. Butch has been involved in nearly 2000 real estate sales as well as hundreds of home inspections and dealing with any needed repairs. “I’ve sold many vacant and second homes and witnessed the signs of neglect, vandalism and someone just not being there when an accident happens” Butch says.

They have also remodeled many of their own personal homes and investment properties. From basic maintenance, bath and kitchen remodels to complex renovations, they have acquired the skills and knowledge of a properly maintained home. Additionally, Butch has headed up the construction a of a 13000 sqft commercial building in 2008 further enhancing his skill set.
